The "Larry Unit" lamp gets its name from a project done for a client named Larry. The project was an architectural room divider made up of columns of this unit.
The shape of the unit was perfect for a lamp base, and the name "Larry" just stuck.
It is hand-made from a special grey clay that has organic inclusions that burn out during firing leaving small voids. The lamp is detailed with an antique brass or nickel finish harp and finial and a neutral linen drum shade.
